John Adams Virtual School is a Private High School serving students' throughout the US and the world.
We offer correspondence high school courses and online testing in Math, Science, English, Social Studies, PE, Art and business technology electives for grades 9-12; and Adult High School Diploma Equivalency Testing Programs (similar to an Online GED test service.)
We do not issue a GED, but a high school diploma.
Our staff is entirely committed to your success! Our programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of those who wish to complete their high school diploma at their own pace, without attending a traditional classroom.
Our correspondence programs and online GED exam services are aligned with State and National Standards; designed by curriculum development experts. All applicants will be considered for enrollment into JAVS regardless of their last grade completed. All students must be at least 16-years of age to enroll and students who are under the age of 18-years must provide a parent or guardians signature of approval for enrollment.
Our adult fast track high school diploma program by examination is open to adults ages 18-years and older and can be completed within just
2-6 weeks; or less. We offer open enrollment, so you can begin today and we set no limitations on geographic location. No matter where in the world you reside, if you have access to a computer and the Internet, you have access to a high school diploma through correspondence courses, online testing and via our Online GED testing service.
Our correspondence and online high school programs for grades 9-12 consists of a 16-credit requirement and can usually be completed in half the time of traditional schooling programs. Our adult high school equivalency diploma program by examination consists of the basic knowledge requirements as set forth by the US Department of Education. The purpose of John Adams Virtual School is to offer an affordable and convenient method of completing your high school diploma. We do not offer a GED, but an actual high school diploma and online high school credit courses!

For adults, apply today, take the high school equivalency exam online and receive your high school diploma in just a few weeks. Nobody said this would be easy! You may require some study time before taking the High School Diploma Equivalency Test, and therefore we do offer study guides and your academic advisor is always there to answer any questions and help you through the process.
For students grades 9-12 (under 18-years of age) you can complete your correspondence courses through JAVS and complete your high school diploma online in 12-36 months or less; depending upon your previous schooling and previous credits earned.
