Not only is the high school equivalency diploma more convenient to get than the GED, but it is also less expensive. Although there is a fee for the class, when you compare the fee for the diploma as compared to the GED class and study guide, you will notice a large disparity. This is yet another reason why you should get a high school equivalency diploma instead of a GED.

There are many reasons why people do not complete high school. If you have not completed high school but think that you do not have time to pursue your GED, do not despair.
